PRE-APPRENTICESHIP AND TEST PREP PROGRAM PROVIDERS
On behalf of the Building Trades Councils in Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa and Solano Counties, CTWI has the authority to approve, expand, oversee and evaluate MC3 pre-apprenticeship programs. We are partnered with community based organizations, community colleges, school districts and jails to help diversify and strengthen pathways into the unionized construction trades. Our priority is to help connect the youth, formerly incarcerated, women and communities of colors to these family sustaining careers.
