Strong workforce policies are critical when building pathways into the trades. CTWI partners with construction union leaders, public agencies and municipalities to create strong, uniform language that promote the hiring of local, diverse MC3 pre-apprenticeship program graduates.

By growing and diversifying union membership, we help unions and contractors meet hiring goals set in workforce policies like Project Labor Agreements. This success leads to stronger PLAs and creates more opportunities for Bay Area labor.
